The Princeton Building is an office building erected in Downtown in 1911. It now functions as the "back half" of the Sentinal Hotel. When your client wants a near exact copy of a Florentine Palazzo, this is what he gets. It's 1911, so the stonework is now terra cotta, a new miracle clay product that the architect can pick from a catalogue, so that the building can be built in a few years rather than a few decades. The western sun provides all of the light and shadow contrast that any photogapher could desire.
